IG API error: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden after hours of polling

FTTP Error 403: Forbidden

The number of queries is limited to the expressed limits per minute in the REST API page - at some point after 5/6 hours, I get FTTP Error 403: Forbidden. Is there a way to debug what the exact error is?
