What does 2109 (outside rth ignored) mean on the Interactive Brokers API?
Interactive Brokers lists TWS API warning message code 2109 with the text "Order Event Warning: Attribute "Outside Regular Trading Hours" is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now processed." (the vendor's wording). The outsideRth flag was set on an order for which there is no distinction between regular and outside regular trading hours. The message says the order is still processed.
