TWS API error 10330 begins "The expiry date/time format is invalid." The words in quotes are Interactive Brokers' own. The message gives the accepted formats: yyyyMMdd HH:mm:ss in the operator or instrument time zone, or yyyyMMdd-HH:mm:ss in UTC.
