The vendor uses code 3 with several descriptions: "Incorrect username or password", "Account has been locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts", "Account has been temporarily locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts" and, for SSO login, "Incorrect username, SSO token or SSO token doesn't correspond to username".
