What does 2 Entity not found at server mean on the DXtrade API?
DXtrade errorCode 2, description "Entity not found at server" (the vendor's wording). The vendor lists three causes together: the API is not permitted for the user, the account (or, on some resources, the order) with the given id does not exist, or it is not accessible for the user. The Push API uses code 2, with the description "Entity not found", when a subscription does not exist or is already closed.
