What does SubscriptionPermanentlyDisabled mean on the Saxo API?
A heartbeat reason on a streaming subscription. No data will be available on the subscription, most likely because of a misconfiguration. Heartbeats continue until the subscription is removed.

Remove the subscription named by OriginatingReferenceId. Saxo's page says not to try to reset it.
