What does INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR mean on the OANDA API?
An unexpected internal server error happened on OANDA's side. As a cancel reason it means the error happened at the time the order was to be filled. OANDA lists this value as both a transaction reject reason and an order cancel reason.
