What does INSTRUMENT_BID_REDUCE_ONLY mean on the OANDA API?
Filling the order would need a new short trade, but the instrument is configured so that orders filled at bid prices can only reduce existing positions. Existing long positions may still be reduced or closed. OANDA lists this value as an order cancel reason: it appears in the reason field of an order cancel transaction.
