What does NO_QUOTES (117) mean on the cTrader API?
Trading cannot be done because no quotes are available. Spotware notes that this applies to Book B. Spotware's own comment on NO_QUOTES = 117 in the ProtoOAErrorCode enum reads: "Trading cannot be done as not quotes are available. Applicable for Book B."
