Saxo OpenAPI POST /root/v1/sessions/events/subscriptions

POST/root/v1/sessions/events/subscriptionsversion v1Session and user

Sets up a streaming subscription on the session's capabilities, so a change in them is pushed to you.

Risk warning: CFDs and spread bets are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You can lose money on these products, and each provider publishes its own loss figure under FCA rules. You should consider whether you understand how they work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Automated and API trading can amplify losses through bugs, connectivity failures and runaway orders.

Independent and unofficialdeveloper.saxochecked

Read on Saxo's own reference page on 12 Oct 2026: method, path, parameters and response fields. Needs an open WebSocket connection with the same ContextId. Updates after the first snapshot arrive on that connection, not in the reply to this call. Remove the subscription when you are done with it. The page lists no request parameters for this call, so none is recorded beyond the headers. The inner fields of Snapshot were not read.
