Broker API
Pepperstone API
Spread bets and CFDs with MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView, plus an API offered by application.
Risk warning: CFDs and spread bets are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You can lose money on these products, and each provider publishes its own loss figure under FCA rules. You should consider whether you understand how they work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Automated and API trading can amplify losses through bugs, connectivity failures and runaway orders.
Access, authentication and streaming
API types listed in the record: Standard API (protocol not published), FIX.
- How you get a key
API by application. You need a live Pepperstone account, then you email support to request one of two routes. The Standard API: once approved you generate an API key to connect your software. The FIX API: for account holders with a minimum trading volume of 160 million euro a month, or the local currency equivalent. The page publishes no protocol, documentation or eligibility test for the Standard API.

No demo or sandbox is stated for the Standard API. The Try a demo offer on its platform pages is a platform demo, not an API demo.

Partner terms
Pepperstone's affiliates page states that some partnership programmes and rewards are not available in certain regions, such as the EEA, the UK or Australia, while the same page's ineligible list does not name the UK and its qualifying client countries include the UK, so the UK position is published but vague rather than a clear exclusion. Read 22 Sep 2026 and re-read 23 Sep 2026, which leaves the UK status of this programme unsettled rather than settled. As read on those dates the page stated US$300 to US$800 per client by country group. That reading has not been confirmed since: the programme address this site tried on 5 Oct 2026 returned HTTP 404, so the programme register holds this programme as not verified. Partner terms, not an API change.

Partner programme
Not verified. No programme page could be opened at the last check, , which is not evidence that no programme exists. An earlier reading of its partner terms, dated , is in the change log. It has not been confirmed since. The Pepperstone partner programme record. The programme register holds every record. This site carries no affiliate links.
