What changed recently for the FXCM API
Ecosystem
FXCM's REST API repository on GitHub did not open on 9 Oct 2026, and FXCM's public list of repositories read the same day shows FIXAPI, JavaAPI, ForexConnectAPI and MarketData but no REST API repository. Whether it was removed or made private is not verified. This site no longer links it, and the entry of 31 March 2023 that rested on an issue in it is now marked not verified.
Ecosystem
No REST API is listed on FXCM's current API pages. The UK API trading page, dated 25 June 2025, lists FIX, the Java API and ForexConnect only, with a 5,000 minimum for FIX. Recorded as no longer listed, not closed: FXCM has not published a withdrawal. Read 23 September 2026.
