OANDA streaming price logger
Opens one HTTP price stream on the fxTrade Practice host and appends each price to a CSV file.

What it does
- Authenticates with a practice personal access token (Bearer).
- Opens one price stream on the practice stream host.
- Appends each price update to a CSV file.
