IBKR paper account position monitor
Connects to IB Gateway on the paper port with readonly=True and prints positions and the account summary on a timer.

What it does
- Connects with ib_async to IB Gateway on port 4002 (paper).
- Sets readonly=True so no order can be sent.
- Prints positions and accountSummary() every minute.
