## What does GUARANTEED_STOP_LOSS_ON_FILL_LEVEL_RESTRICTION_VOLUME_EXCEEDED mean on the OANDA API?

Filling the order would create a guaranteed stop loss order whose number of units breaks the account's level restriction volume for guaranteed stop loss orders. OANDA lists this value as both a transaction reject reason and an order cancel reason.
